TERMS OF LESSON SCHEDULING

  • We are flexible with arranging lessons. Lessons are at your convenience.

  • Most clients stick to one lesson per week, at the same time each week.

  • I appreciate and expect that both parties (you, or we) may have times when a lesson needs to be rearranged, rescheduled, or cancelled.

  • For these reasons, we do not generally charge for cancellations when you are ill, or otherwise.

  • We do reserve the right to charge for unreasonable cancellations, where ‘unreasonable’ is determined by us.
